IMPROVEMENTS AFTER BEING ON THE CARNIVORE DIET WITHIN 2-3 WEEKS:
- Anxiety faded
- Steady upbeat mood without trying so hard
- Spend a lot less time and energy on emotions (mine and others)
- Steady blood sugar...no crashing
- Need less sleep (used to be 9+ hrs necessary, now 7 is plenty and I'm up early every morning without my alarm clock)
- Wake up wide awake- don't need coffee to get moving (tho I still love it I am not dependent on it to get going)
- Joint and body pain 98% better!!!!!!
- Clear focused mind
- Steady, long term energy
- Can take deep breaths!! So much easier to breathe.
- Stomach feels SO GOOD and looks flat. I don't have to think about how awful my stomach feels constantly.
- Only eat 2x/day (went there naturally 10 days in without trying)
- Body is more streamlined and lost weight in all the right places without working out

- Redness in entire face 85% better
- Sensitivity to light 95% better
- Little to none PMS symptoms
- Barely any cramps during periods
Going to a carnivore way of eating is the single biggest difference i have ever had in my quality of life. I didnt know what feeling good was til i did it. My goal is to be 95% carnivore or animal based foods/5% cooked veggies, berries, citrus or other low sugar fruits.
